We really enjoyed Prague. the hotel was well priced and very close to the center, which was convenient. the property has a marvelous location close to the metro station, a spare tube or 2, and the airport for 5:30 in the morning. This hotel met all our requests. We can recommend it to everyone.

Good service overall and parking nearby. Fully renovated and neat room, exceptionally comfortable bed and pillows. Wonderful views, great breakfast with cheese and cornflakes, as for instance. Location so close to the main attractions, astronomical tower, and the main square and the river.

The hotel provided central heating, a work desk, and an electric kettle in my cheap room. the location was magnificent, close to the best traditional Czech restaurants and bars, as well as public transport, tram, and metro stations. the hotel offered impeccable service.

The location is quite good. It can be a little hard to find, so it helps having a map when you arrive in the city - the streets in that district are a little confusing. It is close to a lot of restaurants, bars, and a main shopping centre at the nearby metro station. The rooms are very clean and have everything necessary for a basic hotel in the city. The bathrooms are not designed perfectly, but the shower had plenty of hot water and reasonable pressure. The beds are comfortable.
The hotel is let down by the staff. They are lacking in professionalism. Paying up-front was not an issue, but the way that they demanded the payment was impolite. Having to leave your key at reception is an archaic system and should not be imposed on the guests. When my friend arrived at the hotel early in the morning the day after I checked in, there was a big argument about whether she could come up to my room. While we were there one of the staff members was going through some kind of divorce or break-up, which was marked by long and loud arguments with other members of staff, and highly audible angry phone conversations which tended to kill the atmosphere at breakfast. By the way, the breakfast is very uninspiring. I would stay here again, but I wouldn't be expecting anything from the staff.

Curtain in the bathroom was dirty. Stains on the carpet most likely blood. My pillow was torn. Which for me has no excuse.

It's location is good and the room is just enough for what you need for a long weekend. It's my 4th stay there so it must be ok. Staff were helpful when checking out by looking after luggage until later and called the taxi for us when we needed it. Good bathroom, hot water and good shower.
